  1. GST: all prices provided are GST inclusive. You’ll get a tax invoice with your order.
  2. Privacy: any information you provide to Swell Coffee is for our eyes only. We won’t share it with anyone, so relax.
  3. Cancellation: Once you’ve placed your order, we don’t muck around. The downside of this is that you can’t change your mind once you’ve committed to the purchase, sorry.
  4. Copyright: the Swell Coffee logo is a registered trademark. Everything on this website is subject to copyright laws – do the right thing: only use the content for reference purposes.
  5. Accuracy: we’ll endeavour to maintain our information as accurate, but if anything should change, I’m sorry, you won’t get a personal phone call. All we can say is that the information and product range is as current as it can be, yet we reserve the right to make changes as required, whether intentional or not.
  6. Returns: you’ll need to inform us why. Not liking the flavours your old espresso machine is giving you, or finding a slight variance from the last bag you bought, is not a valid reason to return goods. As coffee begins life as a raw material, variance from batch to batch may occur. This makes coffee such an exciting and beautiful thing. Items may only be returned if they are damaged or faulty. We put a lot of love in every bag we pack, so if you’ve got any taste concerns, assess the cleanliness of your espresso equipment first, then call us for some assistance if you feel it necessary.
  7. Shipping
    1. The Swell Coffee online store is your window to retail shopping. Should you require 3Kg and above, a wholesale discount may apply.
      1. In this case, you must contact us directly. The online pricing structure handles retail pricing only.
      2. Should you wish to pick your coffee up personally from the shop, please email or call your order directly, therefore avoiding the automatic freight charge.
    2. Delivery costs are quoted for destinations within Australia.
    3. Your order will be sent via courier and should be signed for on receipt.
      1. By signing these terms, you agree that if no-one is home, the item may be left at your door, unattended.
      2. Swell Coffee cannot be held responsible for orders left unattended.
    4. If you have a question, please ask via our “contact us” form, before completing your order.
    5. Shipping rates:
      1. Up to 2Kg: $8.50 including GST (A3 size parcel)
      2. 2-3Kg: $11 including GST (A2 size parcel)
