This course is recommended for students who have completed Level 1: Coffee Foundations and wish to progress their coffee knowledge and skills. Here we develop you as a future barista, making sure you leave with current industry knowledge and an understanding of the skills you need to stand out in the coffee world. The course covers everything from industry standards, advanced understanding of equipment and how to create the perfect espresso as well as milk texturing and basic free pouring.
